You should have received an email from RedCarpetMailer@silkroad.com which will contain a username and password for your onboarding account. This email may end up in your spam folder, so be sure to look for it and please let your Program Coordinator know if you do not have it. SilkRoad Onboarding (SRO) is a secure and private online onboarding system we use to gather information and documents vital to your entry into service. The system will assign due dates to your tasks; keep in mind these are simply to keep you on track, they are not hard due dates. Begin your tasks as soon as possible, completing all steps before your start date.
